The Executive Chairman of Akure North Local Government Area, Hon. Johnson Ogunbolude, has warmly welcomed Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, during his official visit to the council area, assuring him of the unwavering support of the local government and the people of Akure North.
Hon. Ogunbolude described the Governor’s visit as a clear demonstration of his administration’s commitment to responsive and inclusive governance, particularly at the grassroots level.
He noted that the presence of Governor Aiyedatiwa in Akure North underscored the state government’s dedication to community engagement, participatory leadership, and sustainable development.
The council chairman commended the Governor for what he described as visionary leadership, especially in the areas of youth and women empowerment, social service delivery, and economic initiatives aimed at improving the welfare and living standards of the people of Ondo State.
Reaffirming the loyalty of Akure North Local Government, Hon. Ogunbolude pledged the council’s continued cooperation and support for the successful implementation of the Aiyedatiwa Ease Agenda and other state government programmes within the local government area.
