Reflecting on her 25-year marriage to billionaire industrialist Chief Razaq Okoya, Sade maintained that emotional stability and maturity were crucial factors that kept her home together over the last two decades.
”I would have married Mr. Okoya two years earlier if I had the chance to do it all over again,” she disclosed during a recent interaction. “If I had married a younger man, I don’t think that relationship would have lasted.”
Addressing long-standing public commentary around their 38-year age gap, the socialite emphasized that maturity played a pivotal role in navigating the realities of marriage, a quality she felt a younger partner might not have provided at the time.
Responding to questions regarding her family, Sade clarified that her personal path does not dictate her children’s choices, stating that her daughters remain entirely free to choose their partners based on their own preferences.
