Popular Nollywood actress and media personality, Nancy Isime, has disclosed that she is now ready to settle down, revealing that she places greater value on a man’s character than material possessions.
The actress made this known during a candid conversation with media personality Morayo Afolabi-Brown, where she spoke openly about her readiness for marriage and what she seeks in a life partner.
Isime, who recently turned 34, stated that she believes she is of age and emotionally prepared for marriage, noting that whether or not the right person has appeared yet, she is fully ready for that phase of her life.
Responding to Morayo’s observation about her calm confidence and how attractive it can be to men, the actress said she is deliberate about her choices and careful about what she settles for.
According to her, kindness is a non-negotiable quality in any man she would consider marrying. She stressed that genuine kindness, not one put on for show, is the most attractive trait to her.
“Before you can even be my friend, talk less of getting married to me, you have to be kind,” Isime said, adding that once kindness is present, other aspects of a relationship can be worked out.
