Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Saturday officially installed Senator Rashidi Ladoja as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.
The governor presented the staff of office and instrument of authority to the new monarch at a colourful ceremony held at Mapo Hall in Ibadan, the state capital.
The event was graced by President Bola Tinubu, serving and former governors, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and other dignitaries from across the country.
