The Executive Chairman of Akure North Local Government, Hon. Ogunbolude Johnson, has congratulated Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his affirmation by the Supreme Court as the duly elected Governor of Ondo State.
In a statement issued on Thursday, September 18, 2025, Ogunbolude described the verdict as a reaffirmation of the electorate’s confidence and trust in the governor’s capacity to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people of the Sunshine State.
He encouraged Governor Aiyedatiwa to sustain his good works and continue promoting peaceful and inclusive governance across the state.
The council chairman further urged residents of Ondo State to support the administration and remain law-abiding, stressing his confidence that the governor would ensure the dividends of democracy reach every part of the state.
Ogunbolude expressed optimism that with the Supreme Court verdict, the state could now focus on unity, development, and progress under Aiyedatiwa’s leadership.
