In a major boost to grassroots campaign operations across Ogun State, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as YAYI, has received a massive wave of mobility support from prominent friends, business associates, and political supporters.
A comprehensive breakdown of contributions reveals that a total of 107 standard campaign buses and one Korope mini-bus have been voluntarily donated to strengthen the senator’s political movement. In addition to the buses, donors also provided 11 other operational vehicles, including an ambulance, a pickup truck, and several multi-purpose utility vehicles, bringing the total fleet contribution to 119 mobility units.
Leading the list of donors is Mr. Akintunde Armstrong, who contributed 26 buses. Prominent businessman Alhaji IBD Dende donated seven buses alongside a fully equipped ambulance. Major corporate donors and political associates also contributed heavily, with Zacobass Oil & Gas, Stonebridge Engineering Services Ltd, Elele Ijebu, Amazon Luxury Apartments, and Mr. Osho donating 10 buses each. Polanco similarly provided 10 buses to the fleet.
Other key donors include Sanusi Friend with four buses, Onaolapo Brother with three buses, Citiside Brother and OJ with two buses each, and Olafem Citi Friend, Sodiq Badru, and Kenny Odeda contributing one bus each. Ola Odogbolu donated a Korope mini-bus, while Nafiu Abimbola & Friend contributed a pickup truck. Additional vehicle contributions came from Kabiyesi Segun Ojolowo with four vehicles, Elele Mowe with two vehicles, and single vehicle contributions from MTN Odeda, Adunbarin YAYI Diaspora, and Rashidat Texas.
Expressing deep gratitude for the gesture, Senator Adeola stated that the overwhelming support from individuals investing their personal resources serves as a powerful demonstration of trust and commitment to the collective vision for Ogun State.
He noted that the donated vehicles have already been deployed across various zones, strengthening grassroots mobilisation and supporting local community outreach groups, trade associations, and religious bodies across the state.
