Nigerian international football star Victor Osimhen and his partner, Stefanie Kim Ladewig, are celebrating the safe arrival of their second child, a baby girl named Liora Audrey, bringing a wave of joy and relief following a harrowing road accident in Istanbul.
The arrival was officially announced by Turkish Süper Lig champions Galatasaray S.K., who shared their congratulations across official channels: “Our Football A Team player Victor Osimhen and Stefanie have welcomed a baby girl into the world. We congratulate the couple Victor and Stefanie; we wish their newborn baby Liora Audrey a long, healthy, and happy life!”
The celebration holds extra meaning for the couple after a frightening incident earlier in the month. On October 13, while eight months pregnant, 26-year-old Stefanie was involved in a three-vehicle collision in the Eyupsultan district of Istanbul.
Driving an SUV through the Mithatpasa neighborhood, her vehicle struck another car before colliding with an oncoming SUV. Though all three vehicles sustained significant damage, Stefanie emerged completely unhurt. She was rushed to a private hospital in Maslak for precautionary checks due to her advanced pregnancy before being discharged in good health.
Just two weeks after the scary ordeal, the couple welcomed Liora Audrey into the world, adding a second daughter to their growing family alongside four-year-old Hailey True, who was also born in October.
Osimhen capped off a memorable week by taking to the pitch for Galatasaray against Konyaspor, scoring the opening goal in a commanding 4–0 victory, marking his new fatherhood in trademark goal scoring fashion and turning a month that began with fear into a story of triumph and blessing.
