Arsenal have reportedly reached a full agreement on personal terms with Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimarães as manager Mikel Arteta intensifies efforts to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season.
The Gunners are now expected to submit an official offer worth £70 million for the Brazilian international. However, Newcastle United are understood to be preparing to reject the opening bid, insisting they have no intention of selling one of their key players for that amount.
