Ondo State Governor, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has submitted a list of 12 commissioner nominees to the State House of Assembly for confirmation. The names were contained in a letter sent to the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Olamide Oladiji, on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
Invoking Section 192 (1&2) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended), the Governor urged the House to expedite confirmation of the nominees in the interest of the state.
The nominees include: Professor Igbekele Ajibefun, Engr. Aycrinde Abiola Olawoye, Hon. Ayodele Akande, Engr. Alabi Johnson, Alhaji Amidu Takuro, Otunba Adewale Akinlosotu, Mr. Idowu Ajanaku, Dr. Oluwaseun Abosede Osamaye, Dr. Tob Loko, Mr. Olaolu Akindolire, Hon. Sunday Olajide, and Mr. Omoyofunmi Segun Henry.
