U.S. President Donald Trump has outlined the strategic objectives of the ongoing American-led military campaign against Iran, projecting that the core phase of the offensive could be completed within four weeks.
In a televised address from the White House, Mr. Trump said the operation is focused on degrading Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, missile systems, command-and-control facilities, and key military assets.
