Ondo State Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, participated in the local government election on Saturday, emphasizing that the election is a significant step toward improving grassroots development in the state.
The Governor highlighted his administration’s commitment to ensuring the local government system operates effectively and in accordance with the law.
He cast his vote at Polling Unit 5, Ugbo Ward 4, in Ilaje Local Government Area and praised the seamless conduct of the election by the Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission (ODIEC).
Governor Aiyedatiwa also expressed gratitude to the people of Ondo State for their active participation in the election.
