The Ondo State chapter of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has convened a strategic meeting to discuss plans for the upcoming 2024 Gubernatorial election in the state. The meeting led by the State Chairman Pastor Peter Olagookun, deliberated on crucial measures to propel the NNPP forward and position it as a formidable contender in the political landscape of Ondo State. During his address, Pastor Olagookun underscored the importance of unity among party members and called upon critical stakeholders to actively participate in shaping the party’s agenda for the forthcoming election. In his remarks, Comrade Yomi Adekunle, the State Secretary of the party, echoed Pastor the significance of unity and oneness within the party. Emphasizing the importance of a united front, Adekunle stressed the need for all members to rally together behind a common vision as the NNPP prepares for the 2024 Gubernatorial election. He urged party members to work towards a shared goal of advancing the party’s agenda and securing victory in the upcoming polls.
According to the Acting publicity secretary of the party, Mr Olaleye Oluwafemi, said the meeting served as a platform for robust discussions and brainstorming sessions aimed at charting a course of action for the NNPP in the lead-up to the 2024 election. Members of the party in attendance exchanged ideas on various strategies to mobilize support, garner public trust, and expand the party’s reach across the state with keen focus on grassroots mobilization and community engagement.
