The Former Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources in Ondo state, Engr Rasaq Obe, was treated to a moment of heartfelt commendations from workers in the ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources as they shower encomiums on his exemplary leadership style and staff management moment after the state governor, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa dissolved the members of the state cabinet.
