The 2022 edition of Bamidele Omosehin Foundation (BOF) annual empowerment program and final of the unity cup has been scheduled for 29th December 2022 in Okitipupa government field playing ground.
The lofty project being sponsored and bankrolled by a philanthropist, Bamidele Omosehin, is targeted to ameliorate poverty and hardship in the lives of people of Ondo south comprising, Okitipupa, Irele, Odigbo, Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo, Ese-odo and Ilaje local government council area of Ondo state.
BOF, a non- governmental organization birthed few years ago has made giant strides in enhancing community health care through the provision of free medical services , payment of medical bills for those with health and financial challenges, youth empowerment through sports tournament and provision of quality education for children below the age of 18.
The programme coordinator Mr Femi Kalejaye while confirming the level of preparations, assured that the 3 in 1 event which is first of its kind since the inception of the foundation will be outstanding and colourful than the previous editions.
Features of this year programme include, cash gift to indigent widows, donation of textbooks and educational materials to 22 public secondary schools in Okitipupa local government and BOF unity cup final (third edition) between Benzolo FC vs Senegatech FC, among others.
Major players in Politics and business sectors, royal fathers and other invited dignitaries within and beyond Nigeria are expected to grace the special occasion.
