Bearing any last minute change, the IMC is resolved to announcing the new Kick off date for the NPFL 2022/2023 season.
The club owners and IMC are meeting to today 6pm at Sandrialia Hotel, Abuja, to finalize and present a standard league to the world.
According to reliable source, top on the agenda is the kick off date, TV rights, grants to each team, among others.
The proposed N25 million Naira is to serve as take off grant for the participating clubs while the money to pay match officials indemnities up to the end of the season has be made available.
It was gathered that the IMC has succeeded to have secured 3 sponsorships. The first sponsor will take care of the league, while at the end of the abridged league, there’ll be Super 8 with a sponsor, and another sponsor for the TV rights. It’s looking good day by day, before the commencement of the league.
